1. Delivery zones

GoBeldi ships its products worldwide. However, for security and international logistics reasons, deliveries are strictly suspended to zones or countries in a state of war or armed conflict.

2. Preparation and processing times

All orders are processed and prepared within a fixed timeframe of 24 to 48 business hours from order confirmation. GoBeldi does not offer made-to-order or personalized pre-order products: every item listed on the site is immediately available for shipment.

3. Transparent shipping rates and timelines

Logistics fees and delivery times vary depending on the final destination, order weight, and selected carrier. In line with our commitment to full transparency:

• The exact shipping fee is calculated and clearly displayed before final payment.
• The estimated delivery timeframe for your address is shown precisely when you validate your cart.

4. Order tracking

As soon as your parcel ships, a unique tracking number and tracking link will be sent by email and/or notification so you can follow your order in real time until delivery.

5. Customs duties and import taxes

For all international deliveries, customs duties, import taxes, or local administrative fees may be required by the destination country’s authorities. These additional charges are the buyer’s exclusive responsibility.
